小城市控制性规划认识与实践

为适应改革开放形势需要,作者认为小城市总体规划阶段应增加“控制性规划”层次,其内容和深度要为修建性详规提供依据。文章以河北定州总体规划为实例,对“总体规划—控制规划”的内容、程序、深度作了有益探索。

In order to catch up with the opening and the reform situation, the author suggests that the hierarchy of the 'regluatory detailed planning' should be put into the Master Plan, particularly for the small cities. Its contents and depth should be the qualified basis for the detailed readjusting planning. This article hopefully explores the contents, procedure, depth of 'the Master Plan-regulatory detailed planning'with an example of Master Plan of Dingzhou in Hebai Province.
