Evolving Inspection on Law Implementation, Promoting Urban Planning Quality

自1989年底《城市规划法》公布以来,我国城市规划开始走上了有法可依的历程,不少城市的规划实施有了法的依据和保障,凡严格执行的城市大都取得了可喜的成果。为完善法规,补充法规,1993年7月开始对我国的7座城市进行了对《城市规划法》执法的检查,从中也发现了一些值得引起重视的问题,本文就这些问题作一探讨。
