摘要
本文以城市规划干预作用为主题,回顾归纳了英国城市规划史中的有关内容,在分析的基础上提出现阶段我国城市规划界应在坚定“社会理性”这一信念基础上,加强城市发展战略的规划,提高与之相关的理论技术水平,并强化有关城市规划的立法,以切实有效地发挥城市规划的干预作用。
