摘要
本文对一般系统的多层次结构关系给出了一个数学横型，初步讨论了它的代数性质，并用以描述和讨论了社会系统的组织结构，得到了一组最佳社会组织结构的充分条件。
In this paper, a model which possesses a multi-hierarchical structure of general system is givenand, have a preliminary discussion on its algebraical property. At the sametime, it has described andexplained the social organigational Structure and moreover, some advantagous thingS are obtained.
