摘要
报告１２例颅内血肿施行ＣＴ引导立体定向血肿清除术。术后良好（生活自理）３例，轻残（生活部分自理）６例，死亡（多器官衰竭２例、肺部感染１例）３例。认为，本手术方法简便、安全、创伤小，适合年老体弱病人。本文对手术时机、适应证选择、手术操作方法及并发症预防等进行了探讨。
CT─guided stereotaxic evacuuations
were performed on 12 patients for intracerebralhematoma. Results:good recovery of 3cases,slight
invalids 6 cases and death 3 cases,among which 1case died of pulmenary infection and 2 died of
multiple organfailure. It is indicated that the CT-guidedstereotaxic operation for intracerebral
hematoma is simple,safe and suitable for the old patients.
