摘要
本文是在国产DS6×800A型压机上,研究了直热式静压触媒法中生成金刚石与压力、温度的关系.大量实验证实,生成金刚石晶粒的数量和大小在金刚石相区内主要决定于压力,而颜色则与温度有很大关系,在升压幅度不大的情况下晶粒增加很少,从而能够控制住晶粒数和晶粒质量,为生长优质粗颗粒金刚石提供可能途径.
In machine DS6×800A(made in China), the relations between the nucleation and the growth of diamond and the synthetic conditions such as perssure, temperature and time are studied experimentally in this paper. It was found that the synthetic Pressure is the main reason to determine the size and the number of the crystal, as well as the temperature for the colour. The increase of diamond number will be little if the pressure are raised by a small value f and this can be used to grow the coarse grain diamond.
