摘要
本文为一种新型铸造用煤份代用品—沥青膨润土份防粘砂粘接剂（简称ＬＰ粉）的研究总结，文中对ＬＰ粉中沥青原材料的选择依据。ＬＰ粉对型砂工艺性能、铸件质量的影响作了深入的研究．
In this paper, the burn-onproof binder of bentonite with pitch(short for Lp powder as following) as a new substitute for sea coal is descussed. The effect of Lp powder on the properties of moulding sand and casting is investigated deeply. The pouring test shows that Lp powder is an ideal substitute for sea coal.
