摘要 本文提出一种提高互连电力系统故障后剧烈摇摆期间稳定性的紧急状态控制策略.通过局部测量用多步递归最小二乘辨识互连电力系统紧急状态下的两机等值模型,所提出的最优目标控制策略有显式解,以跟踪估计的系统稳定平衡点作为控制目标,特别适合于作出在线控制决策.本控制策略的鲁棒性使之用已有的各种控制设施予以实现如快关汽门、制动电阻、开关电抗元件、快速负荷和直流输电线控制等. An on-line emergency state control techinique useful for the stabilization of an electric power system during violent swings after major disturbances is presented in this paper. Based on the Multistage Recursive Least-Squares identification of the equivalent two-machine model of an interconnected power system through local measurements, the proposed optimal-aim strategy, having an explicit solution, is particularly suited for making on-line control decisions to track the estimated stable equilibrium point-the targt of control. The robust mature of the proposed teshnique makes it appear feasible for application in control schemes such as fast-valving,dynamic braking resistors, switched reactive elements, fast load skipping, D-C line control, and others for transient stability augmentation.
