文章回顾了现代陶瓷刀具材料的发展,强调了显微结构对刀具材料的机械性能和使用性能的影响,全面介绍了各种陶瓷刀具材料的组织和性能特点以及在高速切削加工时如何正确地选择和使用陶瓷材料。
Starting with a brief review of the development of the modern ceramic cutting tool materials, this article introduces the characters of structure and propertioes of modern ceramic cuttiong tool materials addresses the influence of microstructure on mechanical properties and operational performance. Finally, athigh maching speeds the choice and use of modern ceramic cutting tool materials is described.
