摘要
本文研究了用两种不同含钡量的钡硅铁孕育处理的HT250的组织,发现Ba对铸铁中的各种组织有程度不同的影响:有利于A型石黑生成并改善其形态,增加共晶团数和基体中珠光体量,增加奥氏体枝晶数量并改善其形态和分布。作者认为孕育剂中含适量的钡有利于铸铁机械性能的提高。
In this paper the microstructure of grey cast iron(HT250) has been stud-ied inoculated by both silicon-based inoculants containing Barium.The authorsfind that Ba has effects on some kinds of microstructure of grey cast iron invarying degrees: to help get graphite flakes(type A),increase more quantityof eutectic cells, pearlite of the matrix, austenite dendrites, and improve themorphology of austenite dendrites.Authors think that the presence of suitableBa in inoculants is advantageous to behavior of gray cast iron.
