气象科技期刊标准化的现状与对策

STATUS QUO AND COUNTERMEASURES ABOUT THE STAND ARDIZATION OF METEOROLOGICALLY SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL JOURNALS

科技期刊是科学研究成果的信息载体，是科技事业的重要组成部分。科技期刊的状况如何，直接反映出一个国家或地区科技的水平和经济发展的势头。而科技期刊的标准化、规范化，对提高期刊质量，扩大科技信息交流范围，使科学技术更好地为国民经济建设服务，具有重要意义。依据１９８１年以来国家标准局发布的一系列与编辑、作者有关的国家标准，在调查统计的基础上，分析了我国气象科技期刊标准化、规范化的现状、存在的问题和原因，提出了实现科技期刊标准化的具体意见。

Scientific and technical journals are main information media of the scientific research results and an important component of scientific and technical undertakings，The status quo of scientific and technical journals directly reflect the trends of econumic develolopement and the level of sciences and technology in that region，So the standardization and normalization play a very important role in improving the quality of journals， enlarging the extent of scientific and technical information exchange，and serving the national economy better According to the series of national standards related to the editors and authors，issued by the National Standardizing Administration in 1981，the status quo of standardization and normalization of meteorological journals in China are analyzed onthe basis of investigation and corresponding countermeasures are presented.
