内口闭锁药捻脱管疗法治疗肛瘘的疗效观察 附:62例观察报告

Analysis on the Curative Effect of the Treatment of Necrotizing Fistula by a Meditated Thread with its Opening Sutured

采用传统药捻脱管疗法与现代医学相结合的内口闭锁药捻脱管新疗法治疗肛瘘,并与现今国外具有领先水平的高野正博氏括约肌保留术进行了对照观察。其中,闭口脱管组痊愈率94.4％,高野手术组痊愈率92.3％,其差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。两组痊愈所需时间,前者为21.73±6.53天,后者为32.91±17.19天,两组疗程差异有高度统计学意义(p<0.01)。两组愈后肛门功能评价: 前者愈后正常率为100.0％,一年后追踪观察为94.1％,后者分别为76.2％与66.7％,两组肛门功能正常率之差异,均有高度统计学意义(p<0.01)。本观察表明:闭口脱管组与高野手术组对肛瘘的疗效相近,但其疗程则前者短于后者,前者对肛门功能的保护作用优于后者,据此认为,内口闭锁脱管疗法优于高野正博氏手术疗法。

This controlled study, is made between a group of Takano anal sphincter protected operation and anathor group under T CM-west medical treatment of necrotizing fistula by a meditated thread with its internal opening sutured. The cure rate of the first and the second group is 92.3% and 94.4% respectively.In this aspect,the difference showed no statistical meaning (P>0.05).The cure time is 32.91±17.19 days in group one and 21.73±6.53 days。This difference was significant in statistics (P<0.05). 79.2% patients' function was normal and one year later 66.7% patients' was normal in group one. The two numbers in group two were 100% and 94.1%.
