“降毒咳”治疗上呼吸道感染咳嗽的临床观察 附:88例病例报告

Clinical observation of "Jiang Du ke" treating in upper respiratory tract infection 88 cases

报告了应用中药新制剂“降毒咳”治疗上呼吸道感染咳嗽的观察结果。据统计:该药治疗此病,其有效率为90.91％,与病毒唑加川贝枇杷糖浆组和清热解毒口服液加川贝枇杷糖浆组相对照,其疗效差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),提示“降毒咳”疗效优于两对照组用药。通过有关资料分析认为:“降毒咳”对病程较短的,中医辨证分型属外感风寒型及风寒兼热性的,以病毒感染为主的上吸呼道感染咳嗽有肯定的疗效。
