摘要
在离体实验中,观察了用机械和抗原抗体反应的方法去除卵蛋白致敏豚鼠气管上皮细胞标本,对收缩物质、抗原攻击和电场刺激的反应性。结果:去上皮标本对多种收缩物质的敏感性较未去上皮组明显升高,EC50减少6~30倍,去上皮标本对电场刺激和抗原攻击所引起的收缩反应幅度较对照组增大1.5~2.0倍。提示,气管上皮细胞对气管平滑肌功能,尤其是对其过敏性支气管平滑肌收缩具有重要调解作用。
It was
observed in vitro that responsiveness of ovalbumin-sensitized guinea pigtrachea,epithelia of
which were removed by mechanical method or antigen challenge,to contractileagonists,
antigen-antibody reaction and electrical field stimulation. Epithelium removal preparations
weremore sensitive to acetylcholine,histamihe, substance P and barium chloride than intact
ones withepithelia ,EC50 of which decreased by 6─30 times. Their contractional amlitudes
induced by antigen-antibody reaction or electrical field stimulation increased by l.5─2 times
as compared with those of intact preparations with epithelia. These results indicate that the
epithelia have important modulativeeffects on the airway smooth muscle function,especially on
its allergic contraction.
