摘要
对５０例鼠伤寒沙门菌感染分析证明，本病多发于男性婴幼儿，胃肠炎型居多。主要有发热、大便性状多变、腹泻次数频繁且持续时间长等临床表现。３３％以肺炎发病。抗生素治疗本病疗效较差。
Fifty cases of
typhimurium infection were analysed. The vast majority of casesoccaurred in male infants and
young children,among which the type of gastroenteritis preponderated innumber.Main clinical
manifestations were fever and diarrhoea which was frequent and lasted long. Theshape and
properties of stool were changeable. Early in the course of the disease,15 of the 50
patients(33%)sufered from pneumonia. Antibiotics were not efficient enough to this disease.
