摘要
报告７０例原发性视网膜色素变性患者的眼底荧光血管造影结果，均表现出色素上皮的损害，即色素脱失之透见荧光或伴有斑点状色素遮蔽荧光。３９例（７８只眼）出现片状脉络膜毛细血管无灌注区，２０例（３８只眼）出现染料渗漏。
Seventy patients(139 eyes)with
retinitis pigmentosa underwent fluorescein angiography.The results showed that the damage
occurred at the level of the retinal pigment epithelium in all cases. Transmitted fluorescence and
blocked fluorescence were disclosed because of mottled atrophy of the pigment epitheilium in 70
cases. Thirty-nine patients(78 eyes)exhibited filling defect at the choroid capillaries. Twenty
patients(38 eyes)presented with fiuorescein leakage.
