摘要
观察了参葛化瘀丸对实验性糖尿病小鼠胰岛组织的影响，结果发现：参葛化瘀丸使糖尿病小鼠的胰岛组织结构恢复正常的效果显著优于胰岛素。提示：参葛化瘀丸有抑制胶原纤维过度形成，改善微循环、修复、再生胰岛组织的作用。
By observing the effect of Shenge Huayu pills , a kind of
traditional chinese medicine , on the pancreatic islet tissue of mice with experimental diabetes,
we found that the effect of Shenge Huayu pills restoring pancreatic islet structure of mice with
exterimntal diabetes to normomorph was obviously superior to that of insulin.The experimental
studies suggest that the medicine has the effects of inhibiting the extra formation of the
collagen fibre , of improving microcirculation ,and of reconstructing and regenerating pancreatic
islet cells.
