摘要
制备佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型后,观察了氯苯扎利钠(CCA)对此动物模型下刀豆素A(ComA)诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖反应、脂多糖(LPS)诱导B淋巴细胞增殖反应及腹腔巨噬细胞白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的活性等指标的动态影响。表明:CCA对佐剂性关节炎大鼠降低的T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞的增殖反应有恢复正常的趋势,对升高的IL-1水平有降低作用,注射佐剂后第14d时药物对IL-1水平影响大,第21d时以对T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响更为明显。
The effect
of lobenzarit disodium(CCA)on ConA-induced T lymphocytes proliferation ,on LPS-induced B
lymphocytes proliferation and on production of interleukin-1(IL-1)by peritoneal
macrophages(PM )in adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats were studied. The main results indicated that
ConA-induced T lymphocytes response and LPS-induced B lymphocytes response that had
been inhibited in AA rats were enhanced by in vivo treatment with CCA;Lps-induced IL-1
production by PM was decreased by CCA(in vivo).The effect of CCA was more obvious on IL-1
production in the 14th day after injecting Freund’s completed adjuvant (FCA) ,While the effect
were more important on T,B lymphocytes proliferation in the 21th day after injecting FCA.
