延髓背角胶状质亚核内突触复合体的亚显微结构

摘要 透射电镜下观察了延髓背角胶状质亚核内突触形式,结果表明:在三叉神经尾侧脊束核胶状质亚核内存在着大量以树突为中心、少量以轴突为中心的突触复合体。前者依据参与构成复合体神经终末内含突触小泡的形态,可将复合体再分为圆形透明小泡、椭圆形和扁平状透明小泡及含大致密核心小泡(LDV)三个亚型,后者仅分为扇贝型和普通型二型。本文详细描述了各型复合体的形态特征,并对其功能进行了讨论。 The synaptic shapes in substantia gelitinosa of medullary dorsal horn were observed under the transmission electron microscope.The results showed that a large number of synaptic complexes which the dendrites centered and a small number of synaptic complexes which the axons centered were present in the area.According tomorphology of the synaptic vesicles in the nerve terminals which participate the synapticcomplexes , the first group of synaptic complexes can be divided into three subtypescharacterized separately by containing clear round synaptic vesicles ,ellipse or flatvesicles and large dense cored vesicles,the second group of synaptic complexes onlyhave two types ,the scalloped and common complexes.The morphological features ofvarious synaptic complexes were described in detail,and the functions about thecomplexes were discussed in the article。
