摘要
作者利用8098单片机的数学运算功能.首次提出.在检测阀口压差与阀口开度中,对压力与流量进行实时复合检控方法及其原理.据此只需一只可控制阀口开度的电液比例节流阀就能实现压力与流量的双重控制,从而简化油路,获得降低系统投资的效益.
This paper proposes a new flow detecting and controlling principle through measuringpressure difference, valve's stroke and nonlinear relation correction between pressure and flow.This method can be easy realised with single chip computer 8098. Another new concept proposedin thes paper is to composite control pressure and flow with only one proportional throttle valvethat can just control the valve's stroke. Used in practice, the oil circuit can be simplified and sys-tem cost can be reduced with these two methods.
