摘要
本文针对湿度传感器生产中对湿敏元件互换性的要求,利用模糊集合论中的模糊聚类方法,提出了一种将传感器根据灵敏度特性曲线进行分档归类,以寻求在各档次内局部互换性的设想,并在此基础上形成了一套完整的算法.该算法具有概念清晰、计算简单、实用性强的特点,对于各种传感器中试阶段的数据分析处理,均有一定的实用意义.
A method of exchangeability analysing is presented for humidity sensor pro-duction. Humidity sensors are clssified according to their sensitivity curves and 'partialexchangeability' is achieved in each class. Using classification method of fuzzy sets the-ory, a simple and practical algorithm has been developed, which is also applicable forexchangeability analysing of other kinds of sensors.
