用14×103/ml的BtH-14菌液处理亲代第4龄致倦库蚊幼,观察其子1代生命表特征。经与对照组比较,处理组蚊虫的净生殖率降低16.49％,雌蚊年均产卵量减少33％,世代周期延长约9天。
The 4th instar larvae of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were treated with B. thuringiensis H-14 solution at a concentration of 14 × 103/ml in the laboratory. The life table characteristics of the F1 generation of the mosquito were studied, In comparison, with the untreated control group, the net reproduction rate of the treated mosquitoes reduced by 16.49%, the fecundity of the females reduced by 335%, while the average duration of the life cycles increased by 9 days. It is thus speculated that population of the F2 generation would be diminished due to the effects of Bt H-14 on the previous generation.
