摘要 一种电流及电流温度系数均可连续调节、在电路中可以浮置的精密恒流源集成电路4DH系列已在多种固态传感器测量电路和其它电子电路中获得广泛应用。介绍了其设计原理,并分别用以构成基准电流源、基准电压源和温度补偿恒流源应用于温度和压力等测量电路,取得了良好的效果。 A new series of precision constant current source ICs-4DH series capable of being floating in circuits, both the current and the current temperature coefficient of which can be continuously adjusted, has been widely applied to various solid state transducers and other electronic circuits. Its principle is introduced. Some application examples of the devices used as a precision current reference, a precision voltage reference or a temperature compensation current source in temperature and pressure measurement circuits have also been given. Good results achieved.
