摘要
在分析外文报费偏高的主要原因的基础上，提出了控制外文报费开支的途径，从而可使外文报费有很大幅度的下降。
Cost of foreign language telegram takes a large proportion in the cost of communicationfor an ocean ship. On the basis of analysing the main reason why the cost is so high,this papersuggests three methods which can be used to control the cost of foreign language telegram andmake the cost decrease greatly.
