摘要
本文通过对现时正在使用的1000吨水压机加大其立柱工作行程时,对其立柱强度、刚度及在塞稳定性进行了理论分析,从而对1000吨水压机的设计改造提供了可靠的理论依据。通过这些年来的实践验证,该设计计算同实践是相当吻合的,并且也得到了满意的结果,为国家节约了大量资金。
In order to modify the old-model of an 1000-ton hydranlic pressadapting to large diameter workpieces, the height of the column should be elevated.In this paper, strength, stiffness and stability analysis of the system are presented,from which the dimension of these components are determined. Its validity and relia-bility are verified satisfactorily in several years of operation.
