六索线虫防治小地老虎的小区试验

SMALL PLOT TRIALS OF USING HEXAMERHIS SP. ENEMATODA: MERMITHIDAE] TO CONTROL AGROTIS IPSILON [LHP.: NOCTUIDAE]

本文报道利用六索线虫的寄生前期幼虫防治小地老虎幼虫的小区试验结果。当释放的六索线虫与小地老虎幼虫之比为100:1和150:1时,释放5天后寄生率达50～63.64％。

In the experiments conducted in Anhui Province in 1987, the infective juveniles of Hexamermis sp. was introduced into the cotton field plots (23 m2 each) at the nematode:host ratios of 100:1 and 150:1. The percent infection of A. ipsilon was 50-63.64% after 5 days. The results showed good control potential by the parasite.
