货船槽形舱壁下墩座连接处应力分析与结构措施 被引量:3

摘要 我国建造的多艘42000吨散货船经过多年营运后,发现槽形舱壁与下墩座连接处有裂纹并漏水。本文通过用有限元方法比较了42000吨散货船和70000吨散货船下墩座结构的应力分布情况,提出了裂纹处的修复方案以及降低应力集中和防止裂纹产生的结构措施。目前该42000吨散货船已修复运行。 Cracks and leakagc were reported to appear at the junction of seating block with the vertically corrugated bulkhead of 42000 dwt bulk-carriers built and operated for some years.Stress analysis by means of finite element method was carried out.Brackets were then added to the structure as remedy measure to mitigate the stres concentration.Service results have proved ot be successful.Comparisons are made between the structural configurations of 70000dwt bulk-carries with the 42000dwt one.It is found that the former arrangement is better in having lower stress concentration factors
