On the Design of Fishery-Administration Ships

本文作者通过两条渔政船的设计实践和对已经建造并投入使用的4条实船的调查，介绍了渔政船在尺度确定、总体布局、航速选择、机器及设备配置、型线设计、各种要求的协调配合等方面的问题的处理方法和建议，可供船舶设计的同行参考。

Based on experience gained from the design of fishery administration ship (FAS) and survey of four FAS in service, the authors put forward their views on design approaches and measures including the determination of principal parameter, lines, general layout, engine room arrangements and performance estimation of FAS.
