The Design and Construction of Garbage-Disposing Ship

该船具有收集、运输和处理固态和液态垃圾及舱底油污水的能力。处理垃圾后的排放物能满足国际船舶污染物排放标准及IMO73/78国际防污染公约的要求。本船处理垃圾实现机械化,人员与垃圾不直接接触,处理垃圾流程达到国际先进水平,但其造价仅为进口同类船舶的三分之一。

The ship is capable of collecting, transporting and disposing the garbages. The garbages to be disposed may be solid such as the kind of paper, rubber, plastics and wooden fibre, or liquid such as the kind of excrements and urine, washing water, as well as sludge at thebottom of oil tanks.The waste materials after being disposed are up to. the national standard GB3552-83 and the Convention on International Preventing Pollution IMO 73/78.The disposal of the garbages is mechanized on board the ship, and the operating personnel and the garbages are separate. The technical procedure of disposing garbages has come up to the advanced standards in the world. However, the building cost for the ship only amounts to 1/3 of that for the ship of same kind imported.
