详细讨论了载体SN,SM,SD和SP(它们分别代表在制备载体时,不加酯,加单酯,加双酯与加POCl3所生成的载体)以及与其相对应的催化剂CN,CM,CD,和CP的组成、结构与性能的关系.确定了邻苯二甲酸二正了酯与Mg(nBu)2的反应机理.IR研究表明(3)式中化合物(Ⅱ)和(Ⅲ)大部分能与SD载体的MgCl2配位生成络合物,而化合物(Ⅱ)和(Ⅲ)只以游离和物理吸附形式存在于SP载体的MgCl2之中.XRD谱图表明,SD载体是无定形MgCl2载体SN和SM的比表面积远大于载体SD和SP,但经TiCl4处理后后者的比表面积大幅度增加.由XRD谱图看出,无定形MgCl2载体,经TiCl4处理可结晶成为高活性、高定向度的丙烯聚合催化剂.从IR谱图也看出,催化剂中的酯只同MgCl2发生络合作用而没有同TICl4发生络合反应.
he chemical composition,structure and properties of supports and catalysts were discussed.The reaction mechanism of the dibutyl phthalate with Mg(nBu)2 was also researched.The components(Ⅱ)and (Ⅲ)in formula(3)are complexed with MgCl2 in the support SD(prepared by using dibutyl phthalate), but they are present in support SP (prepared by using POCl3) in the form of free and physical adsorption. XRD pattern showed that the support SD is amorphous MgCl2 .The surface area of supports SN(prepared without ester)and Sa (prepared by using ethyl benzoate) is much greater than that of supports SD and SP, but the surface area of supports SD and SP is greatly increased after treating with TiCl4 The catalyst with high activity and good stereospecificity can be prepared by using amorphous MgCl2 and -TiCl4.IR spectra showed that the ester in supported catalyst is only complexed with MgCl2.The polymerization activity for ethylene is less than that for propene.
