摘要
与传统的平衡温距法不同,本文运用短路混合模型对谢尔气化炉进行了数学模拟,计算值与设计值和工厂操作值吻合良好,预测了工艺条件变化对反应结果的影响,确定了气化炉的最佳操作条件。
n this paper,mathematical simmulation is made for 6.0 MPa Shell gasifier using by-passing model,which is differentwith the conventional method of temperature approach.The results show that the calculated values agree very well withthe designed data and the acrual operation data.The effects of operation conditions on the results of chemical reaction ispredicted.Optimum technological conditions is also determined.
