摘要
本文利用TPR、H_2脉冲吸附和TPD的方法,对轻油预转化催化剂CN-14和G1-80进行了还原性考察和表面性能研究。TPR实验结果表明,2种催化剂的微分还原曲线均存在3个大小不同的还原峰,它们分别对应于3种不同状态的NiO,3种NiO的相对含量有较大差异,改变制备方法或预处理条件,可使不同状态NiO含量得到改变。吸附-TPD实验表明,Gl-80催化剂经运转后,Ni表面积减少约34%;经运转后的CN-14催化剂,其Ni表面积不仅未减少,反而增大了11%左右,其活性稳定性最好。实验还表明,在450℃下,催化剂上起催化作用的主要是低温活性中心。
his paper investigates the reducivility and surface characteristics of the naphtlia prereforming catalyst CN-14 andG 180 with fnethfor of TPR, H_2 Pulse Abeorb and TPD.The result of TPR indicates that for both two kinds of catalysts,there are three different sized reduction poks on the differential reduction line,each corresponding to three differentkinds of NiO.the content of each NiO is much more different,and their contents can be changed through different prepa-ring method and pretreating conditions. The Atherb and TPD test indicates that the Ni surface area of G1-80 loses about34 % after oporation,but CN-14,on the other hand ,taises abeut 11% ,thus its active stability is the bet.The tests alsoindicates that at the temperature lower than 450℃,the catalytic active on the catalyst is mainly the low temperature ac-tive center.
