摘要 结合水轮发电机完善化增容改造,采用国产弹性金属塑料瓦,以改造运行瓦温接近报警限值的钨金推力瓦.塑料瓦已运行7268h,开停机393次.该种瓦经性能试验和技术评审验证,从根本上消除了钨金瓦运行瓦温高、承载能力小、安装与检修工艺复杂、运行维护工作量大、安全裕度小等弊端,而且安全、经济效益显著。这就为推广应用国产塑料瓦这一新技术成果提供了经实践验证的可信依据. Home elastic metallic plastic thrust pads are applied by combining with hydrogenerator improvement uprating,to reform babbit pads,working temperature of which is close to alarm limit.At shiquan power plant the plastic pads worked by 7268 hours and with 393 starts and stops.Their behavior test and technical appraisal confirm,that the pads basically can eliminate disadvantages of babbit pads, such as high working temperature,small bearing capacity, large amount of maintenance work in operation,complex montage and overhaul technology,low safe margin,and they work safely as well as have obvious economic benefit.lt provides the confirmed by practice believable basis to populize this new technical result-the plastic thrust pads.
