摘要
本文较系统地阐述了用火焰加热法预紧联轴螺钉实现水轮机与主轴摩擦连接的新工艺．该工艺首次在天生桥电站１＃机（２２５ＭＷ）上得到应用，收到良好效果，为今后预紧大直径联轴螺钉开辟了新途径。
A new technique for connecting main s haft with runner of turbine by friction,that is executed by pre-tighting coupling bolts with flame-heating device,is introduced in this Paper.This technique was applyed firstly in unit 1 (225MW) for Tianshengqiao power station and the effect obtained is satisfactory. It will open up a new way for pre-tighting bolts with major diameter in the future.
