摘要 结合近几年来发生的几起国产200MW汽轮发电机事故及故障,阐明了发电机中氢气湿度过大对定子线圈绝缘、转子线圈绝缘、转子护环应力腐蚀及机组经济效益的影响。根据事故的基本原因,认为机内氢气湿度过大及油污等是事故的外部条件,应引起有关部门的高度重视。今后只要厂家积极采取技术对策,运行部门认真贯彻部颁有关防范措施,就有可能在近期内完全杜绝事故的发生,将国产大型汽轮发电机的制造质量与运行维护提高到新的水平。 By combining with several accidents and failures of 200 MW turbogenerators for recent years, effect of excessive hydrogen moisture in them on stator coil insulation, rotor coil insulation,stress corrosion of retaining rings and economy benefit of generating sets is described. According to analyzing of basic causes of accidents excessive hydrogen moisture and oil stains in the machines are considered as external condition of accidents. The great importance of concerned department should be attracted to them. Hereafter, if only manufaltures actively adopt technical countermeasures and operation departments seriously carry out corresponding guarded measures Published by the energy source ministry, it is able to completely stop occurrence of the accidents in the near future, and to improve fablication quality and operating maintenance of home large turbogenerator to new level.
