三峡水电机组选型建议

摘要 三峡电站水头变幅较大,最大水头与额定水头的比值高达1.4,单机容量大,机组台数多,汛期又有一定数量的泥沙过机,机组选型难度较大。本文根据三峡电站的特点,对机组主要技术数据(如转轮直径、转速、吸出高度、轴向水推力)的选择,总体布置、发电机冷却方式、推力轴承、水轮机转轮制造等问题,提出了一些建议。 There are some characteristics of hydroelectric sets in Three Gorges power station,such as large varying range of head, the ratio of maximum head to rated head up to 1.4, large capacity and number of units, a number of sande at flood season. According to the charaeteristics of the power station, some suggestions for selecting main technical data (diameter of runner,rated speed,suction head, axial hydraulic thrust load), general arrangement of units,methods of cooling generators,thrust bearing and turbine runner manufacture,etc.are raised in this paper.
