摘要
作者以氨基酸分析仪为手段,从国内外应用最广泛又较简便的分析含硫氨基酸的方法入手,结合国内实验室的条件研究并提出了大豆籽粒中含硫氨基酸的测定方法。
Abstract The method of determing sulfer-containing amino acid in soybean seed by means. of amino acid analyzer was studied and proposed referring to the methods usually used in the world.The method was suitable for China′s laboratories.
