阐明了制订我国柴油机润滑油标准的基本原则，对一些主要指标的确定作了说明，可作为生产和使用部门的重要参考。
The basic rule to make the standard of lubricating oil for marine engine in our country isdefinited. It gives a description of basic index and it can be used by oil refinery and operater forimportant reference.
