摘要
从系统可靠性与控制算法二方面介绍DMC—500系列工业锅炉微机控制系统.采用“容错”与“抗错”二种技术互补的设计原则,通过硬件与软件的标准化、模块化设计,抗干扰与冗余设计等,大大提高了系统的可靠性.为了解决工业锅炉自控对象的建模与系统辨识的困难,采用变型PID控制和分层递阶智能控制算法,取得了良好的控制效果.
The paper introduces the DMC-500 series microcomputer control system for industrial boiler in the respect of system reliability and control algrithms. The control system reliability will be improved by making use of combining fault-tolerant technique and anti-fault technique design principle, and especially be using of standardization and modularity design about software and hardware, noise immunity and redundancy design. To solve the difficult problem of building mathematical model and system recognition for the industrial boiler object, the paper suggests that the control system using modified PID and hierarchical intelligent control algorithms.
