航海人才素质的培养是我院体育教育结合专业教育研究的一项带有特色性的工作.对未来航海体育学科的设立与研究有一定的意义.本文试从体育教育的角度来谈航海人才素质培养的几个问题.

The development of the qualities of nautical personnel is a task characteristic of combining physical education and education in the students' special field, which is significant for establishing and studying the discipline of physical education in navigation. This article deals with some of the problems concerning the development of the qualities of nautical personnel from a physical education point of view.
