摘要
通过对彩色金相技术发展现状的分析.对易获得重现性好的化学蚀刻法进行了探研.结合对化学热处理尤其是在离子轰击热处理渗层分析上的应用.在光学显微镜下进行了彩色与黑白金相对比,借助于电子探针对渗层横戴面作了渗入元素成份线扫描,以便对金相分析结果加以验证.这些工作表明:彩色金相技术对材料工艺研究和提高光学金相实验技术水平都具有一定的现实意义.
An easy-to-perform chemical etch method with a good repeatability was studies based on discussions of color metallography and its developments. Color and black and white case mi-crostructures obtained in chemical heat treatment, especially plasma heat treatment were compared on optical microscope. An electron-probe microanalyzer employed to line-scan for element distributions across the total diffusion case in order to verify the results by metallograph-ical analysis. It was shown that the color metallography is of practical importance to both materials process study and enhancement of optical metallography.
