摘要
采用计算机辅助设计方法进行工业环己烷氧化反应器系统扩产的研究。在数学模拟和分析的基础上,最终提出扩产方案:当扩产30%时,环己烷氧化反应器的体积可不增加,进料量增加30%,贫氧空气中氧浓度增加1.18%,温度维持在原设计值。采用的计算机辅助设计进行工业环己烷氧化反应器系统扩产研究的方法和步骤,可适用其他工业生产装置的扩产研究。
This paper shows how the study on the increase in capacity of an industrial cyclohexaneoxidation reaction system is aided by computer.Based on mathematical simulation and analysis,the optimal design conditions are found.When the production increases by a factor of 30%,theinput of cyclohexane increases by a factor of 30%,the oxygen mole fraction in the lean oxygenair increases by a factor of 1.18%,whereas the temperature and volume of the reactors remainunchanged. The computer-aided method described can be adapted to other plants.
