通过理论证明，得出了Ｗａｌｓｈ变换核矩阵具有递推性的结论，给出了从低阶Ｗａｌｓｈ矩阵导出高阶Ｗａｌｓｈ矩阵的递推关系，从而，可以借助于递推性研究快速Ｗａｌｓｈ变换的新方法和并行算法。

This paper comes to the conclusion that Walsh transformation kernel matrix has therecursiveness by the theoretical proof.It also presents the recurrence relations,deducing 2Notders the Walsh transformation kernel matrix from the N orders Walsh matrix.Thus,it ispossible that a new fast Walsh transformation algorithm and parallel algorithm can be researchedbased on its recursiveness.
