金刚石圆锯锯切花岗石工艺及磨损机理研究

Study of sawing parameters and wear mechanism in granite sawing with diamond saw blade

在试验的基础上，用最小二乘法求出花岗石加工中锯切工艺参数、锯切率与金刚石圆锯寿命之间的回归方程式，从中总结出这三者之间的规律；探讨了圆锯磨损机理；对实际生产中的有关问题提出了合理化建议．

On the basis of tests,the regressive equations of the diamond saw blade life are related tosawing parameters and cutting rate in granite sawing by the least square method. These equationsprovide rules to chcose the suitable parameters. Wear mechanism of the saw blade is inquiredinto. The rationalization proposals which aim at the relevant problems in production are broughtforward.
