The authors give a mathematical model on typhoid fever by dynamics method. And theparameters of the model are defined on the basis of medical data in large quantities by the methodof the least squares. The results obtained by the authors from the equation are basically inagreement with practical data。 In addition,they provide the prediction and the prevention ontyphoid fever for medical science circles.
