提出新建一台４．３ｍ光学红外新技术望远镜；与２．１６ｍ望远镜用真空管道联机集像作ＣＣＤ照相和光干涉测量，集光能力可达４．８ｍ口径，分辨率达１０余ｍ口径．

This paper describes a 4.3 m optical-infrared new technology telescope and through vacuumpipe combination of 4.3 m telescope and 2.16 m telescope processing CCD imaging and opticalinterfering measurement.It will enhance its concentrating light power to 4.8 m telescope andenhance its resolution to that of a more than ten-metre telescope.
