摘要
本文建立了固定化酵母细胞循环流化床生物反应器的表现动力学模型.该模型关联了底物发酵速率U与底物循环初始速率(FSn及固定化胶体装量分数Φ之间的关系。并以啤酒和酱油在循环流化床内固定化酵母细胞发酵的实验研究,对模型进行了验证和参数估计.结果表明,表观动力学模型与实验结果相当吻合.
An apparent kinetic fluidized-bed model containing immobilized yeastcells by means of circulating wort system,is presented The fermentation rate of sustrate V,initial sustrate flow for circulating wort FSa and volume fraction for gel beads are revealed .Using beer and soy sauce fermentation respectively the model parameters are estimated.The results show that the kinetic model agrees very well with experiment
