摘要
本文建立了用毛细管气相色谱法定量分析面粉中苯甲酸含量的方法,选取益酸-乙醇-乙醚提取剂并采用旋涡混合器提取,使提取率达95%以上。采取了毛细管色谱柱分离了基体对苯甲酸的干扰,其精度达3.4%,最小检知量达4.2×10 ̄(-9)g,回收率达96%,均较高,完全满足面粉中苯甲酸测定要求。
This paper describes a method for analysing phenylformic acid in flourusing capillary gas chromatography.A mixture of hydrochloric acid .alcohol and ether is selected as extracting solvent,with a vorvac mixer .The extrct rate is over 95%which is not reprted yet.The base interferes is separated completely on capillary columns.The precision is 3.4%and the recovery is 96%.The minimun de-tectable amounts to 4.2x10g. This process is satisfactory for determining phenyl-formic acid in flour.
