摘要
膜过滤能使低度白酒澄清透明，具有较高的稳定性，在实际生产中具有广泛应用的前景。本文对中空纤维式膜处理低度白酒的操作条件进行了探索，用正交设计方法确定出了最适操作压力和进口流速，进口压力应当等于膜阻压降与纤维管进出口压力差之和；大流速对延长膜的运行时间和保证膜的大通量均十分有益；操作温度选取５℃能够保证低度白酒在低温下仍有好的稳定性。另外膜过滤前用硅藻土粗滤是完全必要的。
Lowalcohol liquor(l.a.liquor) ultrafiltered with membrance enjoyshigher stability in clarity. The optimum parameters for ultrafitering this liquorby using fibre membrance,are obtained via orthogonal experiments. The pressureat the entrance of cartridge should equal to the pressure drop between the twosides of the membrance and the pressure difference from the entrance to the exit. The higher flow rate avails to high flux and longer period of time for operation. High stability for l.a.liquor is obtained in 5 C of operating temperature.
