摘要
采用脾脏细胞低渗──空气干燥法制片，Ｇｉｅｍａｓ染色，对云（Ｅｎｅｄｒｉａｓｎｅｂｕｌｏｓｕｓ）的染色体组型进行分析和研究，其染色体数目为２ｎ＝２６，总臂数ＮＦ＝５２，全部为中部着丝点染色体。
The karyotype of Enedrias nebulosus was studied from the metaphase of its spleen cells by the colchicine-hypotonic-air drying technique and Giemsa staining. The diploid chromosome number of Enedrias Nebulosus is found to be 2n =26.All chromosomes are metacentric. The fundamental chromosome number(NDF)is 52.No satellite chromosome,sex chromosome or the other special chro-mosomes are detected in Enedrias nebulosus.
